"My experience at the coffee house in Weston-super-mare was disappointing. I was shocked to see a coworker named Brand coming from behind the service counter and petting a customer's dog. It seemed like Brand knew the dog, but it was concerning to see him handle the pet and then go back to touching food preparation surfaces. Another staff member ended up serving us, as we were uncomfortable with the situation. This lack of cleanliness and appropriate handling of food items was disappointing. Strict hygiene protocols should be followed, and as a result, we would not choose to dine there again."

I only had a delicious strawberry milkshake here, which I shared with my son. very friendly staff, freshly made coffee. I'm sure you'll be back!

The staff appeared rigid and unchanging, indicating that no one was switching tasks. Despite there being multiple employees, the service was extremely slow. The workers seemed unaware of where the food was supposed to go.

Came here for the first time today and definitely will be returning. Well priced and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Much better than Costa or Starbucks. Coffee and the bacon and brie toastie were delicious.

I recently visited a charming independent coffee shop that offered delicious coffee, beautiful paninis, toasties, and house-made desserts. The eating experience was definitely worth it, but what stood out to me the most was how clean and professionally run the place was. The staff were polite and the establishment carried top brands. iw had cappuccinos practically the length and wide of this fair land of us and can say without doubt very warmly that this was by far the best. so beautiful in the did I bought 3 kilos of a cup and saucer and another latte for my wife and cappuccino . in all a simple sitting to rest with my disabled woman, cost £64 but it was worth it

I love the Coffee House! Regularly get a large Irresistible Irish latte, and the Brie and Bacon Panini is to die for. I get full easily, so I always have to share with my husband as the panini is huge! Wishing it were less crowded to comfortably read or study, but the amount of people that come to Coffee House is just a testament to how awesome it is. The staff are wonderful as well.
