Very pleasant girl who showed us to our table but really torn faced waiter who was very vocal in his feelings about not having his break... Food was mediocre some good (seafood salad) and some not. Chicken looked as if it had been reheated a couple of times. Won’t be back. There are plenty decent restaurants in Whitby."

Visited for an anniversary meal. Food was lovely, fresh fish and steak and a gorgeous fruit crumble for dessert. Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed it.

we were back at the rande every December when we visited whitby before Christmas. always excellent night, fantastic eating, cheerful and friendly staff. eating is always delicious and the service is great

we waited for an hour to start. 30 minutes after that, the plates were not cleaned and no nets were inside, so we (together with several other tables from above). the starters were average. You're in the air. do not eat foods that are worthy of this praise.

separate vegan menu with 3 start, net and dessert. I had the tomatenragu with buzzing and it was absolutely beautiful full of taste. my partner has the red linsenbäckchen and found it as delicious. a definitiw good foundation in the rarity of vegan options in whitby.

our booking via opentable had 't registered as we were expecting. our table lacked seasoning and weeping list. the main square was well cooked, but served on stone cold plates. personal very friendly, but need customer service training. in the run of the years the edge had hot and cold phases. that seems to be cooler.
