Absolutely beautiful!! Can’t recommend highly enough. We stayed in the Tourtel Room. Beautifully decorated and a perfect location to town centre. The homemade breakfast served to your room was fabulously presented and tasted delicious. It’s a 10 out of 10 from us

We adored this restaurant located above a 500-year-old inn. The room was charming, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The meal we ordered was one of the best I've had this year. You absolutely have to try the haddock Scotch egg! The only downside was some traffic noise and low ceilings if you're on the taller side.

Despite its location on the inner ring road, the restaurant is situated in a former well-established pub, and they've done a fantastic job with the interior design. It remains centrally located. The food was excellent, bursting with flavor across all three courses. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful, making our group of twelve feel very comfortable. Ver carta

Wow what a 5 star experience we had here! Visited for the first time for a Valentine’s Day dinner and was not disappointed. Good service, really lovely interior, and food was perfect. We had the steak to share and it came perfectly medium rare with plenty of sides and sauce. Drinks were nice and everything is worth the prices. Will be coming back for any special occasion!

This restaurant was amazing from the moment you walked through the door. The decor was simplistic, which allowed the highlight, the food to do the talking!! Every course we had was incredible, and it was clear to see the passion the Chef had for his menu. The staff were polite, friendly, and very attentive. It's the first time my partner and i have dined here, but it most certainly won't be the last! Thank you for kicking out New Years Eve off to a fantastic start .

I had the lunch menu deal. The steak was amazing cooked exactly right to my Med-Rare and very filling. The homemade Ketchup felt like real tomatoes and the Mustard was sweet. The staff member that was with me was friendly and very accommodating with my switch out of chips for Dauphine potatoes. Her smile and the warm atmosphere with the contemporary yet rustic aesthetic made for a lovely early evening dinner Had sorbet and ice cream for desert and they were also sublime. Ver carta

This restaurant deserves a five-star rating! All three courses were absolutely delightful. We enjoyed both meat and fish, and each dish was cooked to perfection. For dessert, I had an orange and almond sponge topped with honeycomb, served alongside a blood orange sorbet—hands down the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The cocktails were delicious as well. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. It felt cozy and romantic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The Corner House is excellent. The food was really good, I had the steak and my brother had the duck. Both of which were absolutely delicious. The complementary homemade bread and butter as you look over the menu was genuinely the tastiest bread and butter we've ever had. The service was nothing short of amazing. Our waitress was so incredibly friendly and polite and wasn't afraid to give recommendations on what to have. The price is slightly on the higher side, but it is completely worth it as the standard of food and service is impeccable.

What a fabulous and understated meal. A shortish menu of beautifully prepared food served in a friendly but polite and professional) manner. The best duck I've ever eaten . My partner and I agreed that both our different plates had excellent sauces and perfectly matched components. The desserts were perfectly flavoured, and delightful. The final bill was very modest for this quality of cooking . Great music contributed to a lovely dining atmosphere. We'll spaced, roomy tables Even the accompanying bread and butter was outstanding we asked for more. We will be booking again without a shadow of a doubt ,the ne t time we are in the Canterbury area.
