"We came in for a lunch, as we just found out so bad news and I wanted to cheer us both up. We were waiting to be seen by the front booth for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were then told the only seat for food we could have was a couple of stools around the bar, because the main section was full. Even though there were plenty of seats, and upstairs was completely empty. We were treated so badly, and the wait time on our food took around 45 minutes, after ordering from the bar. The couple who came in after us, who presented themselves in Schofells etc, got seen to straight away and whisked to the main seating area. One of the staff took their lunch break on the largest table in the front, so no more larger family’s could sit etc and overall was a really bad experience. This isn’t a cheap meal for us, as we don’t earn a lot, so it was a very exciting meal we were looking forward to, which got truly spoilt. Told the waiter before we left, just to give the heads up about it all. Absolutely gutted."

Amazing! Thank you CosyClubSalisbury. I asked for the veggie breakfast to be made vegan and I was presented with a whole vegan menu! Such a lovely surprise and Pip (our dog) was allowed in too!

We had our late lunch here and it's our first time coming to Salisbury. We didn't made a reservation and we're glad that we came here for our first anniversary. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. The food was great! We will definetly come here again next time ^__^

Exceptional. All members of staff were lovely and very accommodating, and created a cheerful atmosphere! Great care was taken with regards to allergies, which I do appreciate. The food was faultless, we had the Butcher's breakfast and the smashed avocado on toast. I would 100% go back! Ver carta

Amazing service! Great food! My partner and I have been to this amazing place to celebrate our 1st anniversary and we had the pleasure to meeting one of the best floor manager ever, Kai! He’s been amazing from the start to the end! As Italian I can tell this one of my fave place I’ve been to! Love it! Thanks for delivering us the best service ever!

on the recommendation of my jeweller. there was also a large ambiente in this beautiful building on a Monday dinner time. the staff was friendly and helpful, also with my joy! the food was excellent and I would challenge everyone to get a better quality breakfast for this price. the choice of the ales was very good his not very often can they say “I have enjoyed an American beer”! will definitely return at my next visit to salisbury.
