A warm welcome. A clean space. Seating was rather harsh until we moved to the comfy chairs. The food was really nice, not 'cheap ' though. 12 euros for two crepes, they can tell me that life has gone up and so on, but that's one thing and another thing is that they try to deceive you. Wow From the moment I stepped into the restaurant to the moment I left, I was made to feel so welcome. All staff members were friendly and courteous. Trinity was lovely showing us to our table and explaining the process of ordering, Ronnie was friendly when serving and tidying away, Jeremy was funny and made fantastic drinks, Holly provided me with gorgeous food. Thank you to you all made my birthday treat that little bit more special. Really appreciated all your customer service. Will be returning soon

We visited today for the Hocus Pocus party, and it was a fantastic event that our daughters absolutely loved. The waffle house was spacious, the atmosphere was incredible, and the food was simply delicious! I highly recommend trying the fried chicken waffle; the combination of crispy fried chicken with maple syrup on the waffle is amazing! Plus, there are unlimited fountain drinks! It was definitely worth the drive from Shrewsbury, and we will definitely be back for more waffles. Highly recommend! Food rating: 5.

We called in here for a hot chocolate and coffee. The sign said wait to be served but staff were serving at the till. Only 6 people were in the cafe. The only menu visible was the 3 Xmas specials. I asked about crepes and waffles and she dug out a menu . It didn’t clearly mention the combo offers so we declined due to price and just ordered a terrys hot chocolate and a coffee. It then turned out we were already third in the queue to be served and the staff started opening cupboards, and eventually left out of the back of the suite.
