Some items ordered did not appear or were wrong not time to send back. Pizza tasty but very cool on cold plate which did not help. Service ok and staff polite. Good kids menu

Very nice dinner at Prezzo Woodbridge with the wife. Both our starters, pizza, and pasta were all very nice. The staff was very nice and we got a very good deal using our Tastecard! We will definitely be back! Ver carta

We hadn't booked but the manager worked hard to fit us in.... and we were grateful... but without that influencing us we were both served really good meals. I chose the vegetarian Sage Ravioli and it was EXCEPTIONAL. It was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented....

We made a reservation for 2 at 7:15 on a Saturday night, and even though we arrived 15 minutes early, we were seated right away. We were informed of a slight delay by the host, who mentioned kitchen staff shortages. However, this did not impact our experience, as the service and food delivery were on point. The Lasagne was served piping hot and the desserts were deliciously cold. The attentive staff made our dining experience even better. Definitely worth a visit and we will be returning soon. We had a fantastic evening before Christmas decided to go back but how I wish we hadn't. The restaurant was relatively quiet as you would expect on a Wednesday evening but we were hidden out the way behind a column it felt as if it was too much hassle for the waitress to come round the corner to serve us in a personal manner. Menus were pushed on to the corner of the table the same with dessert spoons. The waitress comments were also unnecessary not funny, just because we ordered the same main meal she wouldn't let it drop all evening. The food was ok but nothing special, the lemon meringue pie wasn't good the salad had the dressing on it already it was drenched. The toilet downstairs always...

My family and I visited the restaurant today (Sunday, 5th February), consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived early at 3:45pm for our 4pm booking. We were seated, but it took a while for us to order drinks and we didn't order food until 4:15pm. The kids had to ask a staff member if we could order as they were hungry. Two ladies who arrived after us received their food before we had even ordered. The service was lacking in friendliness and we felt as though we were a bit of a bother. We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation but were able to be seated. We found the food to be of higher quality compared to Pizza Express, which we used as a benchmark. The boys enjoyed their squid starter, while I always love the tomato brushetta. We also ordered mixed olives, which came in a tasty garlic herb dressing. For our main courses, the boys had a chicken burger and pepperoni pizza, both of which were generous portions. I opted for the pumpkin, ricotta, and crispy sage leaves ravioli, which was handmade and absolutely delicious.
