A group if us attended for work Christmas Meal. Service and food were excellent, very reasonably priced and enjoyed by all. That you Stuart and team, Merry Christmas.

The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the staff, especially the owner, were friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorite places to dine, and we will definitely return in the future!

This pub is truly fantastic, perfect for families or just stopping in for a drink. We enjoyed a delicious meal at a great price. Neve, our waitress, is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend having a family meal here. Ver carta

90th birthday family get together pre booked Christmas meal for 10 all excellent meal was hot and well presented all meals served at the same time staff friendly and helpful all desserts were well presented and the whole night really enjoyable

For the past few years, we have been coming to this restaurant for Christmas dinner and it never fails to impress. We were welcomed 30 minutes early and seated right away. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We wore our silly Christmas hats as usual and we were remembered. Thank you.

This is the 3rd year we have had our Christmas Dinner here (as well as eating throughout the year) and we couldn't fault it ... we were seated early and quickly got a glass of prosecco and our starters ... the staff were awesome and the food was awesome too ... thanks again to all at the crown ... give yourself a huge pat on the back for getting it right Ver carta

Great menu, moreso with the new festive menu! The kids hot chocolate and Bailey's hot chocolate are great, as are the pigs in blankets (Xmas menu). Wide range of options and a decent gluten free menu too (including pigs in blankets with gluten free gravy). Lots of choices for kids as well. The daily offers are great, staff are always friendly and welcoming and we always enjoy our visits

Came for lunch tues 12th, booked a table. On arrival greeted and seated by friendly waitress, restaurant was very busy with only a couple of staff doing everything , food was good when it finally arrived , but the 40 minute agonising wait for some basic food was not funny, and we were not the only ones , it seemed everyone had a long wait. I would suggest the lunchtime cook wants sacking. Ruined whats usually a nice meal out.

I had a lovely experience here from the mouthwatering food to the unexpected rizz. I had a delicious fishless finger wrap which tasted too good to be true! My waitress was leng and treated me with absolutely pleasure and I cannot wait to come again. The management were very compliant with my vegetarian requests and went above and beyond to cater for my needs.The only moan is that the music in the kitchen was on repeat with party all the time.
