Our waiter couldn't have been nicer, recommending us dishes and amazing quick service. Lots of good wines and beers on offer too. Please visit here and not spoons!! Support the locals and remember who stood by their staff when Covid hit. We'll be back."

The perfect conclusion to our trip to England! We enjoyed excellent service while savoring our fish and chips with mushy peas, along with a couple of pints. It truly had everything you could hope for in a British pub. Ver carta

Found this place for the good reviews, and I’m so glad that I did. Proper traditional English pub food. Fish chips are a generous portion and the pies are one of a kind !! If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming pub with staff to match then I’d recommend a visit here (especially Monday-Wednesday for the 50% off government scheme! :

Really lovely service, great seating, nice atmosphere, and quite tasty food- the beef roast was great, I just felt the portion size could have been a bit bigger? Perhaps I'm a bit too northern? Staff seemed a littke overloaded with work, but it's quite visible they were not just doing their best, but were still really friendly too! Definitely coming again!
