of today (3th juli) for traditional fish and chips at sea and was not disappointed that the service was 5 stars and the food quality was hard to beat. I and my friend couldn't think of something they could do better. we will be coming back Ver carta

simply the best fish and chip shop in all scarborough, can really not be beaten. the fish is perfectly cooked and tasteful, the teig is the perfect thick and has the best crunch and the curry sauce is delicious and slightly sweet. it's all perfection.

We went here after seeing it as highly rated for fish and chips. Separated queues , COVID safety precautions in place. One of the finest and Tasty fish and chips we had In Scarborough. Worth every penny. We all liked it. Must if you are in South Bay .

After seeing the reviews this place had we had to give it a go. They are positioned opposite the main beach. I ordered the big boy special which was £9 and the fish (haddock) was absolutely massive. Everything here is cooked to order so it’s all fresh. All our food was cooked perfectly I honesty can say this is best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Solid 10/10. Ver carta

On the seafront. It's quite small with seating both downstairs and upstairs. Had haddock, chips and mushy peas with bread and butter and a glass of cola, which was a meal deal. It didn't disappoint. The fish was cooked perfectly as were the chips and the mushy peas were tasty. The portions were large and I couldn't finish it. I'd definitely recommend this place and there's a good view out of the window.

the waitress that served us was nice, the restaurant was nice and clean, and the prices were also not bad! I have made a children's fish chips (as they did not make small portions) that I was glad to get in the position, because some places do not allow them to buy children's food, unless it is for a child. also for a child was the size of the fish huge! the fish chips were delicious, the fish was really flocky and damp. also the chipboards were a decent size. we haven't waited long for our drinks or eating, although the restaurant was busy.

This is a great place on the seafront! We walked along looking for a place to eat some Fish Chips after checking out several places we came across The Famous Fish Pan. To the right side of the building was a takeaway style chippy then we noticed the lefthand side was a restaurant style setting. On first look it seemed small with limited seating however a member of staff told us they had more seating upstairs was shown to a table overlooking the seafront! Lovely views. The prices are pretty reasonable considering the others around and the food came out all together hot and well presented too.
