Enjoyed our lunchtime meal here last week. Good, traditional food at very reasonable prices. A friendly welcome from the landlord and an attractive, spacious pub.

A great place to drink excellent beers! The place is really typical! On the other hand, in terms of food... I think it's like food in general in the United Kingdom... really not great! But OK ! We go to a pub to drink liters of beers first of all!

Called in Saturday for lunch. Welcomed by the landlord who's got bags of character Lovely old local pub very spacious and a large garden being updated We both had the home made lasagne and it was the best we'd ever had very authentic Prices are very very reasonable in these tough times.

The restaurant was quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, but the manager was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a delicious meal, although I was unable to have my usual end of meal coffee as the machine was broken. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still rate the experience 5 stars for the excellent service and food. I look forward to dining here again soon.

We called into the Four Elms for a spot of lunch whilst visiting friends in the area and we were were made to feel very welcome by the landlord. We ordered lunch which was homemade, hot and delicious and I look forward to returning when I’m next in the area. I wish there were more pubs like this near my home I’m sure it’s a great “local”. Thank you to the landlord and chef for making lunch such a pleasant experience.

I had Sunday lunch at this restaurant today, and it turned out to be a great find. They serve delicious homemade food, not just reheated in the microwave but proper homemade dishes. I started with a wonderful soup, followed by a vegetable curry. The rest of my party opted for the Sunday roast beef, which also looked fantastic. We received a warm welcome and our reserved table was ready for us. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the picturesque Kent countryside, located in a charming old village. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially the delicious vegetarian option of the veg curry.
