"We visited the Fox Pond many times over 4 weeks as we were staying at the Premier Inn next door due to family illness. The breakfasts were amazing dinner was always lovely, Sunday lunch was gorgeous and the funeral lunch that they provided for us was very good too. The staff were all absolutely brilliant. They were so kind, helpful, considerate, and extremely supportive during a very difficult time for our family. We will certainly be visiting the pub and its staff the next time we are in the area"

The service was great we were served by a number of waitors during our stay at the neighbouring hotel and all were friendly. Eve at breakfast was particularly helpful when we had a few special requests. The food was nice but not amazing fairly standard for the price. Good atmosphere.

We happen to come by this on our way back home so came in for some food. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who showed us to our table and took our drinks order which came out very quickly. We ordered our food and again that came out very quickly. The food was vert very good cannot fault it at all. Overall the whole experience was extremely good, all the staff were very friendly and would have no hesitation in going back or recommending this place to others.
