the second time I was there and my second commentary. Saturday night they had a group. the old classics they were, they played, all the bar staff and the renter made us so welcome. service was also excellent again. the people who were so friendly felt like a native. thanks to simon and his wife and all the others we have made so welcome.

now I am restless about what I eat and after eating on the george dragon a few years ago and not impressed by everything (they could say more disgusting as they can imagine I was hopeful when it was announced that the pub had changed the hands in the current renter and dame, paul and trina. we enjoyed eating here from them first served it but I must say the house made cake on a Saturday night, and the Sunday career are really something else! I'm usually bored to go to the same place, but not here! eating is always excellent, and trina and paul and the staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. I would really recommend the george dragon.

Now I'm fussy about what I eat and after eating at the George Dragon a few years ago and not being impressed at all (you could say disgusted would be more apt! , as you can imagine, I was hopeful when it was announced the pub had changed hands to the current landlord and lady, Paul and Trina. We enjoyed the food here from them first serving it but I have to say the home made pies on a Saturday night, and the Sunday carveries, really are something else! I normally get bored of going to the same place but not here! The food is always excellent, and Trina and Paul and staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming.
