The ambiance is absolutely charming. We enjoyed sitting in the cozy room by the fireplace, which made for a wonderfully warm atmosphere. The bar staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Overall, I would rate the service a solid 5 out of 5.

The reviews of this hotel definitely do not do it justice. Spotlessly clean, great decor and service. Breakfast included which was delicious lots of choice cold hot. Rooms spacious, premium room has freestanding bath with champagne. Very luxurious! Hotel highlights: Romantic

Was here at a party for my cousin's birthday, which was held in one section of the pub, other side was open for regular customers. Bar staff friendly efficient, nice feel to the place. We had a buffet laid on which was good, so can't speak to their normal menu. All in all, reasonable prices, friendly service nice atmosphere.

We stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was INCREDIBLE! We can’t fault the service, the room was spectacular I’ve never seen such a big bed in a hotel! They included a Dyson fan in the room to help with heat! It’s in a prime location, loads of restaurants around it and parking was easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms: 5

Lovely spacious, clean and well furnished room with ensuite. All the radiators were on when we arrived, but we could turn them off and were provided with a Dyson Cool (without the remote). Very warm and stuffy on 1st floor corridors. Breakfast good, great to have on-site parking, and even though our room was at the front we were not bothered by the traffic. We had a beautiful family dinner with 11 of us, including babies, small children, and adults of all ages! The food was delicious, with plenty of options to please everyone. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The roast looked fantastic, complete with all the accompaniments and homemade Yorkshire puddings! The pub had a lively atmosphere that was both cheerful and relaxed. Our server, Patrick, was very friendly and personable. We will definitely consider returning! I loved the homemade drachenbiscuit that came with my coffee—it was a delightful touch. Overall, it was a very relaxing lunch with no pressure to leave the table. Thank you!

the people here said they had a bad experience at this place. I don't understand how you can! the staff are some of the kindest I have ever met in every drinking water plant. eating is nice, had a really good cake. it is the same size as a teller, but tastes amazing. well made to the chef! the decor would also have very well marked, but unfortunately there was a broken mirror in the toilet. I have no doubt that this will be dealt with very soon. all in all, I would say that this pub is one of the most beautiful I have done. the staff are welcoming and friendly decor feels like a traditional pub. it is not trying to be something pubs are simply not nizza selection of ales and beer excellent e...
