Great good, staff, and dog friendly would definitely call again.

The food was OK, service excellent, the first beers were undrinkable but were changed rapidly.

repeatedly get excellent food and service. had a great local band at our last visit live music. dog-friendly part of the pub can be occupied, so the booking would recommend if they take their four-legged friend.

Excellent structure. Good spaces for parking. Great outside space with some cover.The structure is beautifully traditional with some of the dining area separate but (rare for a gastropub) it retains much of the character of a traditional boozer with a good choice of real ales.On a bus route and in an interesting area with good local footpaths.

My partner and I found this place last week after seeking shelter from the rain and were quickly warmly greeted with a smile and sat down for a few drinks. We came back yesterday for Sunday lunch and the food we ordered was extraordinary!Both the nut roast as well as the beef one were delectable and the cauliflower cheese was a fantastic side.Desserts and drinks were incredible as well but nothing topped the outstanding service we received by every single member of staff.Thank you all so much for welcoming two Londoners and making their trip to the West Yorkshire countryside ever so special yesterday. :
