Proper PUB. Dropped a star for no hand pulled ales but range of lagers is excellent so I enjoyed a drink.

The restaurant has a great variety of lagers and gins. It was quite crowded when we visited, but it is a quality, traditional pub.

Went in evening to see Queen tribute artist,not been in for years. Nice Timothy Taylor landlord beer,great place was packed and great,will be back! Ver carta

I had a great time at this place, even though I didn't try the food. The Timothy Taylor's beer was fantastic, and I definitely plan on visiting again!

Stopped off after a railway shift with a friend for a quick pint. Very cozy place and great service and welcoming. The staff service from the bar lady (I think she was called Clare or Tracy was outstanding (just like she looked also Would certainly go there again.

Booked in for a Sunday lunch for the 3rd week running as it is amazing value for the large portions,. Theres a Choice of Chicken, Beef, Pork or if you really feel hungry you can get all 3 meats and are accompanyed by seasonal veg, we got Carrots,Sprouts,Cauliflower, Parsnip Roast and Mash Potatoes , Yorkshire puddings and stuffing all with a gallon of Gravy.
