The Greatham Inn - Carta

I always give an honest review of my dining experience. The appetizers were delicious, but it was obvious that they were store-bought and not homemade, despite being told that everything was made fresh to order.

Not only did the Greatham Inn provide a shop for our village during lockdown, but they have come back with a bang with Pizza night. A range of options to suit most palettes, baked in the new pizza ovenin site. Better tasting and better value...

We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and were extremely well taken care of. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our evening was special for our friend. They even surprised us with a delicious birthday cake at the last minute! I would highly recommend this place. Ver carta

We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, we were informed that there was no table reserved for us and were told to sit anywhere. After ordering a pint for my husband and a G&T for myself, we waited for 25 minutes for my drink while watching the bartender serve multiple other customers. As someone who works in the pub industry, I usually like to support local businesses but after this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Don't like to write bad reviews. However... Visited Greatham Inn on the way back from business meeting and boy, what a place! The pub itself is decent but as I enjoyed a drink the I presume locals wandered in and out for a pint and chat. People in pub nice as pie to their faces but as soon as they left would slag them all ! off as being weird. Literally every single person! Fascinating to observe but seems an odd way to run a pub even if I'm no expert. Think I'll stick to the city as much as possible and avoid places like this Inn. Give it 2 stars though as building is stylish.

We came of the A3 at Selborne looking for somewhere to stop and eat. Glad we did. Turned into Greatham Village just a few minutes away. Then found the Greatham Inn. Advertising Tai food. Deceptively spacious pub with a garden. Limited parking but village has plenty of on road spaces. Friendly welcome, nice cold beer and loads choice where to eat. Looks like it has recently been taken over so undergoing change. Sat in garden area, waited for our family and then ordered from the menu. Didn't wait too long and were very happy when it turned up. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Fabulous green lipped mussels, delicious chicken stir fry, crispy duck salad and a beef salad. Ver carta
