"we had read very good reviews about the green room, me and 2 friends who have not seen themselves for a few years decided to go for the afternoon. we telephoned, booked afternoon tea and paid our deposit 2 days before. when we arrived. the waiter took us on our table and said: “I’m sorry, but the system didn’t update, so they didn’t know that we wanted to go the afternoon.” that seemed very strange when they had taken the deposit from us 2 days ago! the waiter said we had to order from the normal midday menu. after we had eaten our salad! we wanted to order 3 coffees, I asked the waitress if we could order coffee, her answer was: “It’s difficult because I don’t have a pen!” I didn’t reply, there are only 3 coffees and cakes. I then asked about the bill that lasted about 15 minutes when they finally arrived, they had not taken the deposit we had previously paid, and the waitress said: "She must talk to the manager, I explained that I stayed 10 minutes on the parking lot, so she could be fast. When I asked her what happened to the bill she said, they must go into the bar and sort it with the manager. I was very annoyed by the lack of customer service, not only had they forgotten our afternoon, but had also accused the wrong crowd. he was quite arrogant and served other people and let us wait. he said he would take £11 for the mistake with the afternoon! it is a shame that eating and the environment is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service makes this place so much down. it is safe to say we will never return or will not recommend it to one of our friends."

I have been a regular at this local restaurant for some time now, and I must say, since they changed the Chef and front of house, it has become a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food and cocktails.

a rare evening, we decided to taste the green room. it was really nice, we were received and shown to a beautiful table. decoration and lighting were on the place, the service was attentive, we had a beautiful bottle rioja, and that was great. from patatas bravas to amazing chorizo each dish was delicious and generous. we will definitely go back!

It’s not very often myself and my fiancé get to go out for a lunch date but the green room made it worth it! We were greeted straight away with a smile and shown to our table. We ordered our food by the lovely waitress...and the service was fast and efficient! Would most definitely recommend to friends and family! We were so happy and will be returning very soon! Ver carta

the green room is a beautiful place, the service beautiful. but two of our meals were not what we ordered when we advised them, they said, now they have eaten half of it! when we paid ourselves apart, it was also very painful, not convinced that one of us was wrongly charged. no apology for the chaos with the meal, or a good willingness also, it was also not incredibly busy, really scandalous.

I asked for a table. 10 minutes. the same guy came by to ask if we would like to order. said we had already ordered. wait again. drinks finally arrived. we ordered a san miguel and what was advertised on the pump as ipa. Two laymen arrived. I asked what was. some sarcastic reaction from barman, my glass turns around to show the san Miguel label. the icing on the cake? £10 per pint. I've never loaded £10 for a pint. would not recommend to visit brackley for the first time.
