Excellent Thai cuisine and very friendly staff. We were not quite hungry enough to do justice to the meal served, having had a late lunch, but the food we hadn't been able to eat they packed up for us and we enjoyed their cooking for lunch the day after as well.

Found this place on the last evening of our recent holiday. It's an absolute gem. Staff and service were excellent and the food is the best Thai food that I have ever tasted. I cannot praise it high enough. My daughter agrees and she has spent many years going back and forth on holiday and business trips to Thailand.

I recently stayed here for one night after traveling through southern England for 12 days. I can confidently say that our room and bathroom were the cleanest and most comfortable of all the places we visited. This pub offers first-class rooms and suites. I stayed for one night after attending a nearby wedding. If it were a bit closer to home, I would definitely return for a Thai meal. The rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed and excellent en-suite bathroom. Ratings: Rooms: 5, Service: 3, Location: 4. Hotel highlights include a quiet atmosphere, great value, and high-tech amenities.

Driving home from Dorset to East Sussex, we were looking for somewhere to have lunch. A sign pointed to the Hamilton Arms. We followed. Had no idea it was a Thai restaurant pub. Had a set meal for two. Thought the food was fabulous. Particularly the prawns in hot basil sauce and the pad Thai noodle, but all of it was excellent. The service was friendly and unpretentious. A lucky find for us and highly recommended as a result.

What a beautiful apartment this is. Finished to a really high standard and very comfortable, stocked with everything for a nice breakfast in the morning. Superb shower and kept really clean. Out in lovely countryside but not to far from civilisation and really quiet so slept well. Lovely staff that were really helpful with our arrangements as we were coming in late from a wedding. Though top end we used our club card vouchers so a real treat. Ver carta
