Today, I enjoyed a delicious roast beef at this restaurant for Sunday lunch. The portion was large and the beef was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be returning for more.

Newly refurbished I would definitely recommend this pub. Good pub atmosphere with a separate dining area. Good choice of beers and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

So glad it is under new management, it was nice to go back. Lovely meal, very tasty, attentive, friendly and welcoming staff, £30 a head inc a bottle of wine and beers, what’s not to like. We will be back x

New management, clean bright and fresh , excellent food and service so much better than the previous, lovely too see so many familiar faces and lots of new ones too , black pudding scotch egg what a treat jolly well done

Had a lovely lunch in this beautiful pub. Enjoyed a quiet drink out on the benches outside in the sunshine- then went inside for a delicious meal and the service was friendly and the locals lovely : definitely be back soon thank you!

We had a fantastic lunch with our family today. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. My husband really enjoyed the beer as well! The setting was lovely and the pub was decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

After being advertised on a local community page, we thought we would try the pub. The language between customers and staff (possibly the owners) is appalling and vile. We didn't order food, had one drink and left. Will never return or recommend. Food could have been nice but massively put off. Bad vibes.

We have used the Hare and Hounds a lot over the years and have just visited for the first time since it was recently taken over. Our favourite cider Orchard Thieves has been replaced by Inch's rubbish and they are charging £5.20 a pint. Talking of thieves !!. Sorry guys we won't be coming back. Your price point is way off.

The restaurant is situated in a charming rural location with a cozy atmosphere. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival. The dining area was nicely set up and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that some menu items were unavailable on a Saturday evening, especially on a Bank Holiday. However, the dishes we did choose were delicious and generously portioned. The presentation was well done and the flavors were exceptional. The service was informal yet excellent, making our evening truly enjoyable. Thank you for a delightful experience.
