"The location of the Hare and Hounds is lovely and inside is spacious and has friendly, relaxed feel. I've been using the H&H for some years now because of this. I had a lovely Christmas meal there too. However the breakfasts have become disappointing . I don't know if there are staff difficulties but the food has become overcooked and dry and was rather plonked on our table. I got the impression that staff aren't happy. I hope it gets better because it is a lovely venue to take guests to. For the moment however I'm looking around for somewhere else to go."

Lovely view across the valley, OK for a couple of drinks on a nice day on the terrace, but the food was truly terrible.

The pork belly was not crispy, it was a bit soggy, and the wings were nothing remarkable. However, the spicy mayo was delicious.

Just moved to Bath and discovered the Hare Hounds. Absolutely love this place! Breakfast and dinner was always amazing and very dog friendly and great staff. Definitely the new place

Booked a table for a weekend I had friends to stay. They LOVED sitting on the deck in the sun looking at the view. We then moved inside where we were sat in the window which I had called up the day before to request. Great service, food came quickly and staff were friendly.
