"We booked a table for Saturday tea time for 7 people, and the booking stated that one of the guests would be an 18 month old which would need a high chair. We went to the bar to tell them we were here for a booking and when we shown our table we were seated at one of the two high tables in the whole place. There was no high chair set at the table, so I asked for this and they brought the usual wooden pub highchair over, but if my daughter sat at this at the table her head would be under the table, how were we supposed to have a meal with her like this? We asked if we could be moved to a low table, which there was a large one to seat all 7 of us at where there was one man having a beer, and the next booking for that table was 2 hours later, so we would be gone before the next booking. The bar staff said that he couldn't ask the man to swap tables, unsure why, and the only solutions he had was for us to sit at a table for 4 (way too small and cramped for our party size) or for him to swap one of the high tables for a low table, so we opted for this. However, because the high tables were up against a bench seat it then meant that my husband had to be wedged in behind the table so that there was enough space for me to sit down and not be bumping in to the table behind me. It also meant that we couldn't really speak with the other members of our party as they were sat a good foot above us. Safe to say, I will not be recommending to any of my friends, especially ones with children, and we will look for an alternative next time we visit the area."

Fine menu and the burgers are decent. The 3rd star is giving because of the options on the menu. They should offer more chips, got a small handfull. Updated from previous review on 2023-07-25 Ver carta

Nice bar with lots of clearly marked vegan options on the menu, drinks on tap also labeled. I had the What The Duck burger which was delicious, only downside was the fries were a bit lacklustre.

Vegan options did not try this time as the kitchen was just closed. very relaxed, friendly and directly at the personal. an honourable mention, as we felt very welcome, and I would go back another time.

Actually, it's so good. we had no sensual dessert and vegan chicken pizzas and they were delicious filling, delicious cheesy and really delicious. we have combined them with a lateral part of the tweeper rings (which come with sriracha), but they were probably enough on their own (although I will order the same next time again). seriously, go and try. To be fair, the vegan food was good. but good eating does not hit the point when they waited outside in the cold and in the darkness as they gave away their table. I know there are often delays in the kitchen, but over an hour is ridiculous for a burger, two kebabs and two loaded pommes. we had to ask many times about our food, and only when we moved to the house and the waitresses couldn't ignore us anymore. all in all an unpleasant experience, but eating was good when it finally arrived.

what a great little place to the three-fold Church in the city. I was introduced as they have the half price vegan menu in the januar and so we went out to try it. we have eaten twice here and both of them were delicious. even though they sell meat dishes, the menu is 50% vegan, which is so refreshing to see! I had a burger with vegan doner meat and chili sauce and it was fab, the beer shattered twill rings for dying. it has not dessert tried, but 3 out of 5 options were vegan included a apple cake, salted caramel brownie and churros. it is clean and cozy and the staff is really friendly, overall it is a great place to eat something. we look forward to having dinner and bringing friends.
