"On a Sunday afternoon in Canary Wharf, my companion and I were exploring the Light Art Installations in the area. The weather was cold and windy, so when we saw a sign outside the Henry Addington advertising 'Winter Warmers,' we were excited to try them out. The first item on the menu was Mulled Wine Cider, which we thought would be perfect to help us warm up. I approached the bar where some staff members were in the middle of a training or discussion session, but one of the barmen kindly took my order. However, to my disappointment, he informed me that they were not serving mulled wine and suggested they should remove it from the specials board. I was surprised by this decision, especially considering the chilly weather and the fact that it was only the beginning of winter. Instead, he offered me tea or coffee as alternatives, which did not quite compare to the comforting warmth of mulled wine. It made me wonder if they would also remove popular summer drinks once the season changes. Overall, it was a letdown to not be able to enjoy a classic winter beverage in a bustling bar and restaurant located on a cold and windy corner."

This bar is the best in the area by far. They offer a great selection of beers that are always in good condition. It is a relatively new establishment...

The staff, especially Paulina and Gabriel, were unprofessional overall. A service charge should be applied for the service. However, the chefs deserve compliments.

Excellent range of beers and in this day and age full credit great service with quite a few serving behind the bar. With the sun out there is no finer place to sink a few pints

This restaurant offers a lunch special for 8 GBP, which includes an entree and a pint. It's a great deal that can't be topped. The sausages and mash are decent, but nothing exceptional.

After celebrating Christmas, we decided to visit this charming restaurant for some delicious bar snacks. We tried the chorizo, peppers, nachos, and runny Scotch egg, all of which were perfect with a cold pint. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we will definitely return next time we are in London. Highly recommended!

We visited the Henry Addington at 6pm on a Friday evening with my wife. The pub was bustling and we initially had trouble finding a table. Jack, a bartender, offered to help and rearranged some tables to accommodate us. We had a meal at the pub and enjoyed the food, especially the selection of Ales which were presented exceptionally well. In my opinion, they are the best in Canary Wharf. The atmosphere was cozy and felt like a true local pub. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience.

We had walked along the Regent Canal from Kings Cross down to Canary Wharf and were so hungry. The pub wasn’t really that busy for a Sunday and found a table easily. You order food from the bar, staff are friendly. I tried to order a Sunday roast but it had “sold out” so then I tried to order sea bass “sold out” third time lucky a vegetarian pie was available… Ordered and waited 45 minutes for our food, many customers around us were complaining about the wait time … Terrible service. Surprised food was delicious but sadly our experience was overall was poor. You really need to sort your kitchen out as you will lose customers. Would not recommend.
