They struggled with service on Bank Holiday Monday. The food took a long time (30-40 mins) to arrive and many items were cold or luke warm. The menu was good and food was of a good quality, just shame on the service.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had no issues ordering a starter as my main dish, and the mushrooms were delicious—served piping hot and bursting with flavor. I would definitely recommend this place! Ver carta

This is a very friendly gastropub with excellent food options, including dishes for vegans and vegetarians. There are outdoor tables available, but since it's located near a busy street, it's often nicer to sit indoors.

found the garden chairs very uncomfortable and hard to move. i had the fish and chips which was overcooked one friend had the pie and the mash and veg was only just warm the other had fish cakes but was to much potato found the puddings far to expensive so didn't bother with them

There's an inviting open fire and comfortable sofas where guests can relax with a drink before their meal. The linguine was delicious, though slightly on the sweet side. My friend enjoyed the halloumi cheese bowl, and we both found the meal to be great value for money. The service was friendly and efficient. We are definitely considering returning! Ver carta
