I visited this restaurant on Saturday for a meal, and I must say that the steak and ale pie was the most delicious pie I've had in a while. I will definitely be returning for more.

Lovely food and service, our two dogs were welcome, we sat on the picnic benches, my first meal out since lockdown felt safe and able to maintain safe distance, safe sanitation precautions, made it an enjoyable meal out

Our first meal out since lockdown, and wow !! The service was outstanding, the young lady who waited on us, couldn’t do enough, think her name is meg, she was wonderful, now to the food.... I have to be honest I wasn’t expecting it to be as lovely as it was, My starter I got a share chicken kind of platter, came with a few dips, the salt and pepper one was amazing, and if your into very hot dip, then your in for a treat, they have a really hot dip I loved it )my mum got their homemade pate, she loved it, one of my daughters got a garlic bread with cheese.... all freshly made in the pizza oven... this was amazing best I’ve ever tasted!! I had fish and chips, it was really good, the beer batte... Ver carta
