First time at this ivy. Lovely restaurant which was well serviced. The food and drinks were excellent. Will definitely come again.

Slow service, took 15 minutes to get first drink. It felt like we were seated at a forgotten table. Received second glass of wine after I had finished my meal. To add to the joy, there was a screaming baby seated at a nearby table. A very dissatisfying dining experience.

Staff were attentive to our needs throughout the visit. The food was excellent with plenty of variety for the varied tastes of our party and everyone enjoyed their meals. Roxy our waitress throughout ensured that all our needs were met, and more. Thank you. Will certainly come back when in London.

Terrible experience. Table booked for 9pm but when we arrived it wasn't ready. They led us to the bar to wait there but the bar was full. So they seated us in the DJ booth for over 15 minutes. There were menus on the tables but no one came to take our order. The music was blasting so we couldn't have a conversation. Eventually we got our table. We ordered and tried to get out of there as quickly as possible as we couldn't talk. Why management are trying to turn a restaurant into a club is beyond me. There were a lot of older folks around and I don't think that was their vibe either. Food was mediocre at best. Wouldn't order the burger again. Ver carta
