Kings Head - Carta

The sandwiches were tasty and the new owners are very nice people. And our children loved Cocoa and Whiskey, the owners' cuckapoos! We plan to go there for dinner once.

I had a great scampi and chips. The landlord and lady were very welcoming and they told me about the nights they had planned I.e. quiz nights folk night etc. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

This lovely pub has recently been taken over by new owners Martin and Louise. They have reintroduced a lunchtime menu, regularly have food trucks and Gish abd chips at weekends and have 3 beautifully furnished ensuite rooms to let. Ver carta

This country pub is fantastic and friendly, with a very warm and traditional atmosphere. The food is outstanding and the real ale is well cared for. It's clear that the publicans know what they're doing. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great time at this pub with a nice atmosphere and very friendly new owners. I enjoyed a cider and a delicious coronation chicken sandwich. I highly recommend it! The improvements made to the seating both inside and out were impressive.

We visited The Kings Head to see a band perform and decided to stay the night after noticing they offered accommodation. We booked a room to celebrate my birthday and were greeted by the friendly owners Louise and Martin. The room was impeccable, with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The pub had a fantastic atmosphere and great entertainment. The beer garden was charming and even allowed dogs. I highly recommend this place for a fun and welcoming experience.

Never tried it before but had driven past a few time from East Harling to Diss so we thought we'd give it a try. The menu is quite big for what is a quiet village, so that impressed us, but then they didn't have my first choice. Friendly atmosphere and obviously the locals are very comfortable here, which is a good sign. I must admit the paella and 1 slice of garlic bread didn't wow me regarding size or taste, but I'd go back to try it and judge it on a Sunday roast that's the test of a country pub !

Amazing place! We actually stayed in this place to spend the night, and we were happy with our choice! The place is really well located, in the heart of Norfolk, very close to the lovely Norfolk Coast, Thetford Forest or Sandringham Estate, to mention a few. Banham Zoo is only 10 minutes away by car. The rooms are amazing, very comfortable bed, nice and new bathroom and plenty of choice for continental breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay. The host, and their dogs, Cocoa and Whisky, were very friendly and welcoming too. Ver carta
