"If I could score 0 I would. I booked a table using the website service for 11am. Luckily we arrived early to sit outside for a coffee at 10:30 we told the server we had a table booked which he acknowledged. After serving our drinks he came back and said if you want food the kitchen closes at 11 so you need to order now. He then argued with me that I wouldn’t have been able to book a table via any app at all even though I had email proof. We moved inside and waited 20 mins for home to come back and take our orders. He forgot drinks and got some of our orders wrong as well. The saga continued with under cooked poached eggs which one server argued about with us. Saying chef says they are cooked. You don’t want poached you want hard boiled. No we wanted slightly longer cooked poached eggs that didn’t have slimy white in them. We also had egg shells in our omelette which put us off eating the rest of it. Pretty much all of the food arrived cold as well. All we wanted was a peaceful brunch and it turnt into a bit of a fiasco with really poor service and bad quality food. I choose this restaurant because it looked special but I would not recommend it after experiencing it and I will not be returning after being very disappointed as I had such high hopes for a lovely time. We were not rude but we’re treated like we were idiots for expecting a certain level of service that was sadly lacking."

No one in the restaurant, so we had to go to the hotel reception to get service. Food was nice but service was poor.

We booked this place for a Birthday party at 10:15pm on Sunday 18TH June. We arrived and found the kitchen closed and was no longer serving food but was advertising on the app that they were selling food till 11:45pm. The staff were poor and dealt with the situation like it was normal. Got a call from the manager a day later and he said he could offer 3 free drinks when we return but not once did he take into account that we came for a birthday party and couldn’t find any other bookings… ridiculous. I’d highly stay away from this place, no need to ever attend a place which is so disgustingly managed. I run a Instagram food channel and will make all aware to stay well away from this place.

we came to dinner on 6/1/23 eating was a good quality, drinks were good and we were allowed to taste wine before we walk a bottle. cocktails were also great. both had the ripped eyes, cooked as we wanted and were happy to eat. came here for a jubilee and were pleasantly surprised with a small cake and "happy anniversary" written in chocolate on the plate. the service was punctual and every waiting period was completely fair. all staff were polite and friendly. would like to mention a special mention to times that was very friendly and took the time to chat with us a bit during our dinner. he recognized his time when it was calm and had a nice chat with him. overall a great experience highly...
