Went to The Lara 07/10/23 and I must say that I'll be returning soon.. The food was superb and plentiful, the service was great and the price reasonable.. The decor recently revamped was tastefully done.. When I asked to add a tip for the waitress she kindly pointed out that there was a service charge already added.. Highly recommend The Lara, I took my team out here for our Christmas meal and we had a fantastic evening. Food for all was exceptional and the service was faultless. We really enjoyed the cocktails too which look amazing. The Lara came highly recommended to me from both locals and those visiting Walton on the Naze and I can see why. We have been several times to The Lara, staff are always pleased to see you and grateful for your custom. The food is very tasty, the portion sizes are generous so do not over indulge in the complimentary bread or a lot of starters. We have , and struggled to finish our main meal! (So speak from experience! The reviews are well deserved, will visit again soon .... Sssssh don't tell everyone, we won't get a table otherwise!!
