Walked out without ordering as the place looked disgusting dirty. The smell was as bad too so we made our excuses left.

Nice little café, friendly enough, decent breakfast. Could have been warmer, but portion sizes were good. Could do with a coffee machine.

floor, tables and chairs were sticky. food was quite good tho. Owners were nice, although didn't say alot. we visited on a saturday lunchtime but had the feeling that they wanted to close early and we felt rushed. Ver carta

Visited here for breakfast was all cooked to order so fresh and tasty but a little wait as expected for fresh food friendly and welcoming could do with improving their coffee but good value for money and sizeable breakfast

This place may not look as pretty as some top of the range eateries but don't be fooled. We went in here today as part of a big family group all looking for breakfast. Very good value and very popular too. The huge breakfast at £7 was exactly that .. huge at a fantastic price. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely visit again if in the area.

I visited the restroom while my husband placed our order, and I was completely appalled by the condition. The tables were filthy, with dirt, dust, and cobwebs everywhere. Feeling disgusted, we left before our food was cooked. I have no plans to return anytime soon and would not recommend this restaurant. If the customer areas are that unsanitary, I can only imagine how bad the kitchen must be. Ver carta

As our grandson was born this May Day the name appealed and as we were very early for our first ferry crossing from Pembroke, needed lunch, the First and Last had a long waiting time and the Ferry Inn was closed, we called in. We both had cod chips peas which was excellent. Their breakfasts looked good and came in a range of sizes. Another customer was enjoying the soup. Good wifi connection is free to customers.

I once lived in Pembroke Dock but moved away. On a recent visit back to Pembroke Dock I had time on my hands and decided to have lunch in the Maypole... The cost of Ham, Egg, Chips and a tea were £6.95. The food was of very poor quality, the chips were very possibly re heated. The cup of tea was more a cup of water. They must use the cheapest tea bags available.. In my opinion, cheap food, small portions over priced and very dirty and scruffy...

Popped in here today for a HUGE breakfast on our way home from an appointment at the Hospital. First impression, cheap and cheerful, floor and tables and chairs had bits on them, the cutlery was bent and slightly dirty. The breakfast was a good size but the toast was pre-buttered so a bit soggy, I like my toast crisp! Not keen on the black pudding so gave it to my husband. Rest of the breakfast okay, but not the best I have ever had. Owners okay but didn't say much. Thought we would give it a try as never been before but don't think we will return..... Ver carta
