first time, eating is very good and the staff is great and very helpful. excellent service and atmosphere. look forward to a return.

Have not been here in a few years but before the food was amazing! On this recent visit we couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food was nearly inedible. The service was good but the standard for the food has dropped massively. The mixed platter...was awful, the meat quality was poor and the food was tasteless. It is quite a lot of money when you have to leave the majority of your food.

we visit the restaurant for years and are frequent customers. Today too midday we experienced really bad customer service from the waiter who served our order and the one who served us the food. from the last reviews it seems that the restaurant...staff (the few) ruin the call of the restaurants. I agree with the previous reviews, never again we and everyone we know will visit the restaurant.

dined here on 05/11. very busy and service was not very good. the personal did not know about alcohol strength, although there were only 5 beers on the beverage menu. we received net before the plates and cutlery were placed on the table. had to ask for the tellers! food average musaman curry was very runny not thick and very little bark in it. salat haupt yum woon sen was not worth £9.50 3 prawns and miniscule pieces by huh and almost unusable with the amount of chili in the court! more chilis than chicken. disappoint.

The place is nice and make a booking as it’s quite small and fills up fast. It’s run by Thai people so you would think the food would be authentic? Think again. I’ve lived in Thailand for quite a few years and I requested to...the waitress that I wanted Thai level spicy at least a few times and even in Thai language. The starters arrived which were all to our liking, it took ages for the mains to arrive which were so disappointing and bland in taste. Absolutely no chillies, Thai food has to have a kick otherwise it’s just not nice. Won’t be returning here.

to thailand it is always a battle to find all the restaurants that come close. this small restaurant has a typical Asian facility and a cozy feeling. we went to this restaurant before we went to the cinema. starter went for the meeting bar, which is a typical starter plate of early reels, chickensatay etc. very average with burned toast and overcooked meat. main curs went for my favorite Thai court lamb massaman and huh pad thai. the masseur was excellent and reminded me so much of Thai with its excellent aromen and reasonable portions. pad thai was well presented. overall nice main courses, but let them be with the very average...read more

first visit in a year, this restaurant was earlier one of my favorite and very good service and environment, unfortunately it has now deteriorated. literally for 7.30 a.m. on Saturday and at arrival we were put into the bar to eat what was. very loud surrounded by loud annoying people so a conversation between my part and I was difficult. the waiter was a little short at the limit. the Krug crackers are now charged and expensive. the portions were still delicious, but small and very badly presented (especially the salad) compared to my previous visit. waited for 35 minutes to gloomy and had to ask again and again about the bill. sad to say, I'm not sure I'm going back!

Poor Customer Service I was shocked and other customers around were shocked to the point one couple started apologising on behalf of the waiter who shouted at me for just reminding them of the chilli oil I ordered. I was actually a little scared and...wanted to just walk out of the restaurant, not eating the food I ordered. The couple next to me said this particular waiter has been like that all afternoon. Good is splendid and I’ve visited this restaurant a few times and the customer services has always been terrible but this time, it as really bad and I am never returning to this restaurant.
