Tfound this place whilst walking around Knaresborough love that you can get off the train and go straight for a drink

Didn't stay overnight. I just called in for food, which was great and a lovely young man behind the bar who was very welcoming

The food is always fantastic, with a perfect 10/10 service. I highly recommend it to everyone, as it is child and pet friendly.

Very nice mid day meal, fiendly staff, a great position in Knaresborough to explore all that the town has to offer, right next to the railway station.

beautiful pub beautifully decorated and clean! beautiful ales, friendly staff, dog friendly, and directly opposite the railway station, eating smell good, but we were just for a drink

great selection of real ales and the woman likes it because the wee is also ok. lack of atmosphere when empty as it is a bit clinical. but later fills up on dog-friendly and one of our favorite hits

Hi me and my wife ate in the mitre Inn the food was fantastic and the staff were excellent but just one thing we had the loaded chips with melted blue cheese and brisket and Natchos that was all lovely but when we came to have the bread and olives it was lacking olive oil and salt and pepper in the houmous and a bit of butter on the bread the bread was ok but how about doing sowerdough bread with the bread and olives apart from that we had nother ells to complain about

Redeemed a gift voucher for a 1 nights stay and paid extra to include breakfast. On arrival was told that there is no food served today as it’s New Years Day and was told that breakfast would be served between 8 and 9am the next morning. Arrived downstairs at 8:30am to find apples, cornflakes and 1 yoghurt and no staff. We went back upstairs to find a staff member and was told there was no breakfast as they didn’t have a chef. Very disappointing as we wouldn’t have chose this hotel and certainly wouldn’t have paid extra for breakfast. Nice room but breakfast let it down.
