"I have been frequenting this restaurant in Milton Keynes since 2017 for family meals and office parties. However, during my visit this week, I received very poor service. I have a sensitivity to regular soft drinks and, during a previous visit, was given Coca-Cola which upset my stomach. This time, I requested a Sprite Zero with lemon, which they do not serve at the restaurant. When I informed the waiter that I did not want any drinks but was still being charged for them, she simply gave me ice instead. She mentioned that the manager had instructed her not to fulfill my request and advised me to eat my meal without any drinks. This was quite unexpected, especially as a regular customer. I believe the waiter may have been new, as I usually see different staff members there. However, what was most frustrating was that the manager was not present in the restaurant but was next door in another shop, with the waiter having to go there for instructions. This lack of customer service was disappointing. I ended up spending a decent amount of money but left feeling unsatisfied. With only one waiter and one cook in the entire restaurant, the food was also delayed and arrived cold. I do not plan on returning as I felt disrespected as a customer."

Excellent food, received out take-out on time by the till. The place however is in dire need of a refurbishment. I would not recommend for a seat in.

I came back after long time, I must say I really we really did enjoy our meals. They were delicious. The service was also very good unfortunately I don't have pictures of everything we ate.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was very disappointed to find that the food was extremely dry. I requested some sauce, but there was none available. The food was so dry that I couldn't even finish it. Ver carta

The portion size was disappointingly small, with the majority of the dish being salad and lacking any chicken. Even the few chicken pieces that were included were tiny. Considering the high price, I do not plan on dining at this restaurant again.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years with both friends and family. The food is delicious at all times. My favourite is the warm homemade bread cooked in the wood fire oven. I always go for the classic king prawn dish which if filled with amazing flavours.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Honestly, this is the best restaurant I have visited in St. Albans. I have recommended The Oasis to many people and will continue to do so. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Ver carta

I had a very good dining experience with THE OASIS. Its truly Mediterranean and middle east type of restaurant. Dishes which I have ordered were really delicious and made in authentic middle east style. Prices of dishes were reasonable and not too expensive. Ambience reflects middle east style. One should try this restaurant once for sure.
