"We were warmly welcomed for lunch. Lots of menu choices. In the end we chose traditional fish n chips and steak pie. Both meals arrived quite quickly. Food was delicious and generous portion sizes. Luckily for us, the place was dog friendly and the waitress kindly brought Barony a water bowl and a dish of chicken too! Before leaving we visited the toilets and were blown away by the cleanliness and freshness of the facilities. Plenty of pubs and restaurants take note...clean toilets do matter. Overall we would highly recommend this restaurant pub."

Stayed for 2 nights in the Bellrock room. No complaints! Comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We only went to visit and had a bite to eat outdoors. The chips were amazing, well worth the visit, and the carrot and corriander soup is delicious. So much so, my Mrs want the recipe.

Only had cup of tea as was wating on someone (never turned up) the staff was very friendly, even though it was very busy they took time to give excellent service. Would definitely go back again

Second time we've been here for dinner Well worth the run from Cumbernauld to have the superb cullin skink,Smokies and clootie dumpling. Even our wee chihuahua loved the Smokies. Staff so friendly and helpful. We will again go out our way to sample their menu.

Dinner for 4 humans and one dog here on a Sunday night in mid Feb. Food was delicious. Menu was fab...hard to choose. Fish was very tasty as was the chicken leek pie. The sticky toffee pudding was an all round thumbs up. Service was very good and welcome was very friendly. Food is servered in a snug wee back bar with your dog being treated to water, blanket and biscuit. Super location. Would definitely recommend.
