I visited a charming tea room and enjoyed a cream tea. The scones were excellent and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning again.

Was taken here by my son and daughter in law for a birthday celebration. Beautiful setting,amazing afternoon tea and lovely service. Would definitely recommend.

I discovered this beautiful gem 7 years ago when I turned 50 today is my birthday and this is the ultimate treat for me . I've visited many times and every time is a first class wonderful experience !

I had a wonderful afternoon tea with a friend at this charming tea room that is beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic, especially the scotch broth soup, sandwiches, and cream blueberry scone. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem in Chorley. We had afternoon tea, which included a choice of sandwich and either a scone with cream and jam, or a slice a cake (which was huge) and pouring cream, as well as tea or coffee. I was gifted an afternoon tea for my birthday last month. I was delighted with this gift and having never been here before it was a great experience that I enjoyed with my sister. It’s a Lovely setting and decor and made to feel very comfortable. It’s great how the afternoon tea can be personalised to your preference. Will recommend and will return in the near future.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem today after visiting Bygone Times and it was absolutely wonderful. The afternoon tea was well worth the price and nicely presented. My only small critique would be to eliminate the sweet treats as they didn't seem very adult-like, and perhaps use more rustic breads instead. They have a great variety of teas and other beverages, so I highly recommend this place.

Came with friends for Afternoon Tea, service a little slow but staff were attentive (Stables just changed. ownership so will put it down to teething problems and the waitress having to check about GF choices. They do offer certain GF items but choice was limited as we did not book in advance to let them know of a dietary restriction. Food was freshly made i appreciated the warm scones and a choice of plain, sultana or blueberry scone. Plenty of cream and homemade preserves to top your scone. Little pots of mustard/relish to add to your sandwich fillings was well received as one of our party dislikes mustard and another is allergic to onions so they were happy to have the choice not just choo...
