"I had a cheese scone with delicious cream cheese and pickle, it was amazing, had to stop hubby from diving into his carrot and coriander soup, served with a real fresh crusty roll. The gardens looked amazing even in the drizzle and even though the main flowering season had passed, the very well thought out planting was still giving lots to look at, why doesn't mine look as good now! Everything was well priced, food, plants and gifts. Prices certainly gave St David's a run for their money and the quality was superb. Great service and such a well thought out place/project, if you don't visit here you will be missing out on one the top spots in the area!! We're going back for afternoon tea before we leave for home"

Absolutely beautiful gardens and very fine selection of home raised plants. Ramonas gelato was the best any of us had ever had.

We stopped at this charming restaurant for some delicious homemade ice cream during our bike ride. The service was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in the cute garden area, which also had restroom facilities.

Wonderful cafe. Great choice of hot or cold food. Good quality, big portions. Offered decaf cafetiere coffee. Relaxing atmosphere. We sat outside in a little wooded area. Delicious ice cream. Garden centre had some lovely plants.

A hidden gem near St David's Pembrokeshire. Lovely setting down quiet lanes. Cafe offered veg, vegan and meat lunch type meals. Range of teas and coffees. Lovely cakes. Best bit is tables set within the gardens and poly tunnels that you can wander through.

Stopped for ice cream on the way back from the Blue Lagoon, having passed it en route. Well worth the stop. The homemade ice cream was delicious. The staff later proved to be a lifesaver as I dropped the key to our accommodation there. Called and they said would remain open until we collected. Good array of plants too!

A real gem of a place . A short distance from St Davids , lots of local Welsh ingredients produce . Delicious homemade soups . Gluten free options not a problem , vegan options too. Lovely helpful , welcoming staff. A really relaxing garden space and small shop . Our second visit and we’ll definitely be back soon . Even our well behaved Labrador was welcome . Thank you all for a wonderful trip once again , we thoroughly enjoyed and the home produced gelato too . Ver carta

A lovely little gem of a place. Worth the drive out. We popped in for a cuppa, lovely staff. Went off for a drive and came back for lunch an hour or so later because it was so nice. We both had quiche with salad, coleslaw and chutney. Food was lovely, staff friendly. Then we decided to pick up some scones to take with us. They came packed with little tubs of cream cheese, chutney and knifes. We bought a slice of bara brith each to go, then realised we could buy a loaf so they were happy for us to swap for the whole cake. Very kind and accommodating and reasonably priced! Highly recommend. Thanks.

Alright, you need to brace yourself for this cheese scone review. You think you know cheese scones? Think again until you've tried the cheese scones at this place. I highly recommend dropping everything, hopping in your car/on a train/on a plane, and coming here for a cheese scone. Trust me, you'll thank me later. This charming little restaurant has tables set up in gardens and among trees, serving delicious food at a reasonable price. We make it a point to visit every time we're in the area because we always look forward to it. If I lived closer, I would probably go bankrupt from eating here so often... ;)

"And lucky old us wow! This was a great surprise, we had no idea we were coming into something so unusual and so good. The garden space is very big and on the lawn, amongst the flowers, herbs and vegetable beds sit tables and chairs, mainly made of roughly hewn wood, plus tenty sheddy structures with heaters, teepee looking things and probably other structures I didn't take in.We were there when it was dark and there were strings of lights throughout the garden and it was all stunning and rather difficult to take in!The service was occasionally scatty but always well meaning and pleasant and mostly very professional and rightly proud of what they do, the place and the food they serve. The food! We were so thrilled with the food after some not very good experiences locally and, as others have said, we wished we'd found it earlier and been able to book another night.I had the pork belly which must have been cooking for hours, apart from the rind (not exactly crackling but still crispy and wonderful) I could cut the meat with my fork love to know how to achieve it. No taste had been lost in the cooking process and the fat was there but was kind of crumbly so it was gorgeous. And it came with great slices of home pickled carrot and fennel which was just delicious with a hint of sweetness and a hint of spice. And a puree which I believe was cauliflower. And don't forget the delicious little black pudding rissole that comes with it.As you can see, I could go on and on! My partner loved his succulent lamb, which was served with the same vegetables. Oh, and we had side dishes of seasonal greens and roasted beetroot and goats cheese these were also yummy and well flavoured, side dish didn't mean unimportant.Sadly, we didn't have dessert, what can I say, bet they're ace. This is far too long, do visit if you can it's a real treat with great cooking and lovely people."
