Overall, I would rate the service a 4 out of 5 and the location 5 out of 5. The hotel boasts a fantastic view and is very peaceful.

I have to say, the staff here are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting. It's a quiet spot where families enjoy delicious home-cooked meals. I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to returning. Five stars! Ver carta

We went for a Meatloaf tribute evening, the hot buffet included was fantastic with a choice of salmon or chicken and several sides. All the food was of a high standard and the desert was amazing. The serving staff were very friendly and efficient. The Meatloaf tribute was really great, we had a really enjoyable evening. Definitely worth the money. I have to admit, I like the finer things in life. The cream tea here is lovely. I'll NEVER go again. I have a decent job, but I feel that as we hadn't arrived in attire to which the grumpy service chap deemed appropriate, in my opinion he was cold and totally unhelpful. I felt TOTALLY unwelcome. As you can see the majority of my reviews are positive but I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this place. Grumpy service guy? Maybe try another job, not in hospitality.

We got married there on 27th of July. Lovely place. Really nice and clean rooms. Amazing bathroom! Great communication with them throughout email. Tasty food. Good service. The only thing that really upset me was that they broke our wedding cake topper that I personally bring the night before and asked lady from the reception should I leave it with them or bring it the next day as I don’t want anyone to break it. She said she will leave a note and put it safe but yet the next day it was broken and other lady who bring it with the cake just put the pieces next to the cake and when I said it’s broken she said “oh is it?” And that’s it. We used a tape to put them pieces together but let me tell... Ver carta
