Reserved a table for a family night out. Had a wonderful meal with friendly and attentive staff. Fantastic restaurant, will definitely return.

I tend to go here a few times a week and have a sandwich and a few beers. Staff are always friendly and really enjoy the atmosphere here. They have deals on all week and are super dog friendly

Sion and team very kindly accommodated a large group of us from Gellionen chapel last night. Thank you for decorating the room and allowing us to take over the entertainment! The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing breakfast with Santa!! The best we have been to. The breakfast was stunning, Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves were fantastic the kids had the best time! Our dog even had some treats and was spoilt as much as the kids! The gifts were amazing really good value for money!!

Big thank you to this wonderful pub who have loaned a standing table for Christmas day. My husband is disabled and has pain when sitting so this is a godsend for him to be able to enjoy Christmas day lunch with us as a family. We recently had a delightful breakfast with Santa at the Pontardawe Inn. Our children had a wonderful time and really enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly kind, making the event extra special for the little ones. The gifts were fantastic and we were very grateful. We will definitely be booking again for next Christmas. Thank you!

Fantastic food at great price. What made it even better was the welcome we had from the owner. Family of four and one of our Hungarian vizslas (Minnie)As soon as we walked minnie was fussed and given treats and water. We ordered of the puppy menu minnie had the rump steak she said it was cooked to perfection( she didn’t leave much) fantastic pub with great atmosphere and very dog friendly we will be back very soon with our other vizsla.

Last night I attended a quiz at The Pontardawe Inn, which was also a fund raising event for the Gellionnen Chapel festive hamper appeal. We started by enjoying a delicious meal of fish and chips. The pub was packed as the regular quizes are very popular. The atmosphere was great. The staff and customers were friendly and fun. A great night was had by all.
