The Prince Arthur - Carta

The pie was excellent and the selection of beers is good. Nice place with a cool decoration and friendly staff.

nice pub unfortunately no food available in evening as first weekend after lockdown but the outside area was lovely for afternoon drinking.

We stopped by for a quick snack, but unfortunately never received one. After waiting a long time for a menu, we ended up just ordering drinks instead. Ver carta

Nice pub but Guinness wasn’t the best tasting or poured very well the head was way to big and it’s not major but putting Guinness in a half a camden glass is a sin.

Called in here for a beer while wait for my train. What a dirty and dusty place. They definitely don’t have a cleaner. One drink was enough. Called in the George down the road...what a difference. Give this place a miss. You won’t be missing anything.

I stayed at this bar for two nights and had a pleasant experience. The locals were friendly and provided good entertainment. The rooms were basic, but reasonably priced for the area. Dennis, the owner, is a nice guy who knows a lot about the local area and is a big fan of Powerwolf. If you see him, ask him about it - you'll hear a good story. Ver carta

The staff at this restaurant are rude and the food is terrible, clearly microwaved. Do not visit, it's a bad experience. The staff even accused me of trying to steal a glass of wine that they wouldn't bring to my table as I ate my microwaved 'Roast Chicken' Sunday roast. The atmosphere is unwelcoming and the place is dirty, which is probably why it was empty.

If there was a zero rating I would have put it. The barmaid asked us to move tables after we had already moved once to comfier seats because the manager had forgot to reserve the table. When we refused politely because we were happy where we were she walked off. Then when we next went to the bar to get served she refused to serve us, disgusting service you should have found an alternative table for the other booking. When my mum said you can’t do that she said oh but I can!

Used to love this pub, where friends and I always enjoyed delicious fish and chips. Well, something’s gone wrong since I last went, pre Lockdown. This time the fish was AWFUL ..still frozen in the middle and full of bones. We couldn’t eat it, so sent it back. We ordered the pie instead, which was ok, but obviously mass produced. I’m afraid the Prince Arthur is now off our list of places to eat in London. Such a shame! We just might have given them another chance had they apologised with a free drink for the sake of goodwill.
