Thursday night steak and wine night.... 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for £32..... great value, fab steaks and a lovely wine.... highly recommend!!

Just had a wonderful meal, two cheese bacon burgers which were lovely! Large portions with the bottle of wine of the month amazing! Thanks for the great customer service too! X

This pub has been completely revitalized under the current owners. The menu is diverse, and the burgers are fantastic. Tuesday night features a fishing night, which is excellent. I tried the seabass, and it was cooked to perfection. Overall, it's a truly wonderful pub.

Tonight, I enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Prince of Wales. I decided to visit after hearing about the new management, and what a difference it makes! The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was delicious, and the ale was spot on! I will definitely be returning soon for more food and drinks.

We spent last Saturday evening here and from the minute we walked in the door we were made most welcome by the Landlord/owner. There was a private function booked and the staff were clearly very busy but this did not affect our visit and their attentiveness. There was a good (proper pub) atmosphere. We ordered food (4 of us all ordered different meals) and it was all excellent. We will definitely make the time to visit again when in the area. Ver carta

I just returned from a meal at Prinzen with friends, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We received a warm welcome from the staff upon our arrival, and our waitress promptly took our order. When the food arrived, everything looked delicious, and it was a nice touch to see the chef chatting with customers. All of our meals were beautifully cooked and presented. Kudos to the new owners, the chef, and the kitchen staff. We will definitely be back!

Visited the Prince of Wales for the first time tonight now the new management have arrived, we had a great welcome by Roly and the team. The outside of the pub looks lovely, neat and tidy and inside was lovely and clean. Great atmosphere, great beer and great food. We had whitebait, a huge burger and a good steak with scampi . Great selection of drinks and staff were on the ball, sorting our cutlery and sauces and making sure we had everything we needed. We didn't even need to go back to the bar for our second round of drinks. Will be looking forward to our next visit

Without a doubt the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in a pub; even if it’s your first time visiting you’re made to feel like a local and truly valued! In the summer it’s great sitting out in the garden or on one of the many tables surrounding the outside and the decor throughout is lovely. There isn’t a bar area as such inside, so if you are only having drinks you feel like you’re sat in a restaurant still, but the staff still make you feel welcome and are super proactive at offering additional drinks etc. I haven’t yet had the chance to dine here, but for drinks it’s superb and one of the most service focussed pubs I’ve been in, amazing.
