"I would reccomend this to anyone. Easily one of the best places for a drink and food in Oswaldtwistle, perhaps the whole of Hyndburn. The food is incredible, and on a Thursday it's two for one burgers between 5 and 7, you can't find food of this quality for cheaper anywhere else. There has also recently been a change in the menu, as well as a selection of specials that change every week or so. There's plenty on other nights of the week also, including a pub quiz, home brew night and Magic the gathering nights! The staff are absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is incredibly lovely and friendly. You can find a massive selection of lovely but unusual beers, for example a pineapple beer or lemon radler that you cannot find pretty much anywhere else! It's also dog friendly which is an added bonus! I really cannot reccomend this place enough. You're doing a great job. "The family and I visited the Artisan cafe for a drink following a walk on the moors. . The cafe boasts a convenient location in Darwen town centre, a great selection of drinks, and stylish decor. Service was great thanks to a friendly host, however the cafe itself was very quiet but it was a Sunday so this is likely to be the reason. . Definitely return when walking in and around the Darwen moors. Price per person: £1–10"

"Food was nice, but overcharged on the bill. 3 people and 2 rounds of the same drinks, so not a difficult thing to get right, but the main thing was we got a set menu where it said you could choose any main course except Chops, King Prawns or Special, so I avoided those deliberately. There was a section on the menu called 'Special Dishes ', so I ordered a dish from a different section and not chops or king prawns. Got £3 surcharge on the bill and got told oh but we consider this a special too even though there was no indication of that. Manager argued with me and tried to belittle me by saying no one else has ever mentioned it . Also, standard of English of one of the staff was poor. I asked for a dessert menu and he said ok. A few minutes passed and we got brought the hot towels like you usually get at the end, and I asked him about the dessert menu again, and got an incomprehensible reply, and then we don 't do desserts so I just said, ok the bill please."

"We went for a baby shower and a 3 course lunch. It was absolutely glorious. Food was excellent as we had the vegetarian option,which was superb.The room was light and airey. The staff were all friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble for them. Just loved it. Thank you. Food drinks: No one left anything, so that can only be good. The vegitarian food was superb,not boring like so many other restaurants. Service: 5"

"We had left Dolly's Tea Rooms across the road as we were very disappointed in them (see review that I left! We only noticed Zest Café Lounge as we were driving away, and decided to call in. How lovely! Very attentive waitresses and good snack type menu choices. The table was cleaned as soon as we sat down although we were told it had been cleaned already. Didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Everything was very fresh, and really tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed eating at this friendly little cafe. Well definitely be back!"
