"the service was friendly and the place clean and warm, but eating was not quite on scratches. we had the caries and while the meat was in order (the crack was also good crunchy,) the sweet was not so good. the kartoffels seemed. to be deep-fried (the skin was dark and crispy, but full of oil) the brokkoli was a mixture of overcooked (mushy) and undercooked (rock-resistant) pieces and the cauliflower was very watery. for the price I would have expected a better quality, and I hope he will improve in the future."

really disappointed by the quality of food, veg overwhelmed. after reading reviews online thought the meal would be something special would not recommend. also very cold in the venue had to lay up dumbbells.

from the moment they go to feel comfortable, it is well run, very organized and friendly staff, incredible karvery roasts, homemade vegetarian vegan options that were very good, we will be back again, they really not. do enough.

Fabulous meal with friends. The food was GREAT. The full rack of ribs were fantastic as was My Hunters chicken. I asked for a full salad instead of chips and I certainly was not disappointed. The service spot on. Will 100% be back soon

Lunch with mum. A great bar but the owner seemed highly stressed out with the 15 customers at that time. But the bar man redeemed her behaviour. Really nice food but seriously overpriced. 28 a sirloin steak isn't affordable sadly. Maybe we will return...at a more hectic time to see the place in full flow.

What a find ! A seemingly relentless 5 hour journey home with elderly parents. Wanted to give them something to eat rather than motorway caff durge. Spotted this on here, booked on my phone and rocked up. What a gem! Food lush, good portions staff...lovely and nice surroundings. Will definately be using this place whenever around Bristol way!!

six of us went to dinner at the rudgeleigh. it wasn't busy, but it was the week with it and still had a good atmosphere. we were met and sitting where we ordered all different meals. unusual, each one of us enjoyed it. well presented and really delicious! we were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. would definitely recommend and it is convenient for the m5 too.

Very impressed with the large selection of gluten free choices (for a change), I usually struggle! It was heaven as I was able to have gluten free starter, mains and dessert really brilliant. Thank you the food was yummy and my other guests...had a lovely chilli. We will definitely be back- excellent family run and friendly place to have lovely food well worth a trip.
