Service when we came in was good.Food was delivered cold. We did get a new plate and was hot. There were other customers that commented that this was usual for this location.

Awful management very rude refused service service due to my girlfriend having issues with balance which she has an issue with. The staff were in helpful and refused to give me her name and a complaint form.

Dirty place. Tables filthy. Toilets stink Coffee machines not working. Food s**t. This place fits in well to the top 5 terrible Whetherspoons Ive ever visited. Actially a great fan or was. Find somewhere else. Ver carta

Thursday lunch. Really nice building, very interesting. Drinks arrived quickly but food took far too long, 40 minutes. The 3 curries were hot but my brunch was pretty much cold. Must have been left sitting on the side.

Very nice building and attentive staff. Very disappointed with Pedro or whatever his name was. He was rude and unnecessarily aggressive when it came time for closing. I tried to explain that we were international travelers and that we don’t know what time it is or understand the local customs but it seemed that all he wanted to do was go home. Venue 10/10 Pedro 1/10

We visited a restaurant in Folkestone on a quiet Sunday evening at 7pm. It was very empty, but the bar staff were polite and friendly. The wine was good and the pizza was cooked perfectly. The toilets were spotlessly clean. However, going down the old steps to what must have been the old Vaults was a bit creepy, especially since I was the only one down there. Despite this, we will definitely be returning as it is a lovely building. Ver carta

This is definitely the favorite Wetherspoons for both me and my boyfriend. We travel from Sandwich to come here because the pizza is amazing! The pizzas at the Samuel Peto are a bit thicker, which we love. They are cooked perfectly with lots of cheese. We appreciate it so please don't change it! The service is always friendly and quick. The building is beautiful and we enjoy sitting upstairs away from the bar and drinking area to enjoy our meal. We love the privacy you get in the little booths upstairs. Thank you!

We went to the restaurant for Steak Night and all four of us ordered steak. However, when our meals arrived, we noticed that the only thing warm on our plates was the mushroom. We informed the manager about this issue and they offered to reheat our meals or make them again. At that point, we were already tired of waiting and agreed to a compromise of a free pudding (£2.49) as a way to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and we do not plan on returning to this Wetherspoons again.

Wanted to watch the women's football semi final. Phoned Callum the manager, four days earlier, asking if they had a screen and if the sound would be on. He said yes to both. We turned up on the day, it was only a small tv screen, we were a little disappointed. There were 2 opposite each other in the main saloon. The football was on, I asked the barman if he could turn on the sound to listen to the match. He said he's not allowed to. I explained my conversation with the manager (who wasnt in) and that it had been authorised . He did not like that and straight away was stroppy. He did turn it up but barely audible. I went back 10 mins later and asked him to turn it up. Again stroppy reaction,... Ver carta
