The Saughall Pub - Carta

Far to expensive over £12 50 for 5 glasses of. Coke one ofmy granddaughters. Was nearly sick after. Eating. A. Cheese burger wont be. Going there. Ever. Again

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. This was the best roast lunch we have had in a long time.

Went with a couple of friends for the Sunday Roast carvery. Absolutely gorgeous! Couldn't fault any of it. Staff, as always, friendly, courteous and attentive. Highly recommend Ver carta

Had such a lovely evening at the Saughall. Staff were lovely and great service. Food was absolutely delicious. Roast dinner was served hot and cooked to perfection. Made to feel very welcome and will definitely be returning.

Don’t waste your money or time. Service is extremely slow… missed 2 drinks that we asked for food was abysmal. Roast diner had burnt Yorkshire and the food was cold… not surprising when waiting an hour for it. Place was quite too.

Awfull...waited 1 hour and 10mins for food .had numerous apologies that they were short staffed..we kept watching other customers sending there meals back so eventually we asked for our money back and left......also we were served vodka and tonic in a half pint glass !!!!!!. Ver carta

Oh dear! Used to visit here for a great Sunday carvery now there are new owners apparently. We waited 1 hour, 15 minutes for our order only to be told that they didn’t have the food we ordered. Called it a day at that point! Also, dining area was almost empty. That speaks volumes!

We have been searching for a neighborhood restaurant for a while, and we were extremely impressed by this place. Emma and Dani are putting in a lot of effort to create a friendly and well-respected dining and drinking establishment. We have dined here multiple times, but today's experience truly exceeded our expectations; the roast dinner was exceptional. We highly recommend supporting these wonderful women.

I went for lunch today for the first and last time. I had to send my meal back because there was a strange, hard black strip under the ham. The server explained that it was a glaze, but they took the dish back, removed the strip, reheated the chips, and returned it to me. I ended up eating alone as my son had already finished his meal by then. The other two diners in the restaurant also complained about their soggy meals. I only gave it one star so I could leave a review. Ver carta
