This friendly pub has a nice orangery at the back that is not crowded. They also handed out snacks at the bar, which was a nice touch.

The menu was unimpressive, consisting of dishes that could easily be replicated at home. This establishment doesn't quite meet the standards of a true gastro pub, as the menu is only slightly altered on different evenings with a few additional items.

We had a completely different experience at this restaurant tonight. We dropped in last minute and the place looked busy, but they were able to accommodate us. The food was fantastic and we will definitely be visiting again. Our overall rating for the evening was: Service - 4, Atmosphere - 4, Food - 5. The price per person was £90-100 for dinner.

I had a great experience at this pub. The Fish and Chips were excellent, but the kids' chicken nuggets were surprisingly spicy and not suitable for children. The service was good and the food quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the Fish and Chips, Beef Burger, Steak and Ale Pie, and Smithy Burger. The prices were reasonable at £10-20 per person. Overall, I would recommend this place for a delicious meal.

Ate here last night for the Christmas party season. Hats off to the chef staff for making it a great night. Starters came camembert sticky pigs in blankets beautiful. Mains beef melt in the mouth turkey cooked to perfection. Desserts just topped everything off. Food on another level well worth the price.
