We absolutely adore this pub! It strikes the perfect balance - it's warm and inviting with stunning decor. Steve and Oliver are always polite and welcoming, and they constantly have a diverse menu catered for all tastes.

What an absolutely gorgeous pub!!! The owners managed to modernise it elegantly while keeping its beautiful and ancient history. Had a delicious meal and spent a wonderful evening there just soaking up the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Just had THE BEST EVER Sunday roast with an array of perfectly cooked local vegetables. I can’t recommend this place enough amazing value as well!!! If you are within driving distance, I would definitely recommend you booking a table!!!

large pub, sensitively restored. very good atmosphere, eating and perfect selection at local ales. the renters went far and beyond to help us with some additional questions we had to finish. we will stop there at the passage definitiw. highly recommended!
