Lovely welcoming atmosphere , friendly , smiley waitress , nothing was too much trouble. food was lovely but prices have gone up . We decided not to have desert as they were very expensive . Overall a great evening spent with friends . Ver carta

The staff were lovely, not overly there but accessible to sort your requirements. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Standard pub food really. I would recommend this place for an informal meal with friends or family but don’t expect anymore than average pub food

for the first time visit in the trent lock for Sunday dinner and we were not disappointed. eating was good and generous portions for the cost. the service was somewhat slow, but perhaps not surprising given the time of day and possible personal problems. will return in the early year to explore the outside area and the weekday menu.

I visited The Trent Lock for the first time for Sunday lunch and I was very impressed. The food was delicious and the portions were generous for the price. The service was a bit slow, but that was understandable considering the time of day and possible staffing shortages.
