This fantastic restaurant is perfect for families with attentive staff and an extensive menu catering to various tastes, including picky eaters like our 5-year-old. The food was tasty and we will definitely be returning soon.

My family of four adults came to this restaurant and enjoyed a satisfactory meal with great service from Angie. However, we were disappointed when we moved to the bar and were informed that it was closing at 8:15. If we had known about this earlier, we would have chosen a more customer-friendly option. We were not warned about the early closure beforehand, and it seemed like a last-minute decision even though there were other patrons present in the bar.

Great atmosphere, lovely friendly staff but unfortunately they have changed the menu. No choice of spuds, so we can have fries, fries or fries! No jacket potato, no mash so personally I was pretty disappointed! No sour cream dressing. They say that nothing stays the same, in this case, what a shame!! On a lighter note our server waitress, Pradnya, was a little gem, she was kind, funny and efficient. Unfortunately, we will be waiting for another menu change before we return.

The breakfast at this restaurant was below par. I was short one egg in my order and the bacon was tasteless, the hash browns soggy, and the beans lukewarm. I could see that mine was the only breakfast the chef was working on, which was unacceptable. The cappuccino I ordered came out lukewarm from the coffee machine, and I had to try twice. The pedal bin next to the machine was broken, so I had to use my hands to open it. The male server was singing and humming, which I found unprofessional. While it is convenient to use a Beefeater when staying at a Premier Inn, I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.
