The Urmston - Carta

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere for our first Christmas Dinner at The Urmston! Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back next year!

Been living in stretford for a long time but never went in. Went in last night with family and it wad very nice and staff were nice and welcoming .

This was not my first visit to the pub but was my first time eating and it was a very good experience. I was hungry and opted for the mixed grill which didn't disappoint. Ver carta

Stopped by for drinks in the afternoon. Manageress on duty in black top with glasses was super rude. I must say her manners were below the average and the product knowledge was pretty much non-existent. Wont be coming here again!!!

As always at the Urmston you get a friendly welcome and a smile when you arrive. The food doesn't disappoint each time we all had different meals. Prompt arrival of our orders again didn't disappoint and the quality was exceptional. See you soon

I took my parents out for a birthday dinner and we had visited this restaurant once before. The staff were incredibly friendly and the variety of food options was impressive. Our meals arrived promptly after ordering and were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place. Ver carta

Visited recently with family over from Australia for Christmas. We had large fish, chips, mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce. All delicious and piping hot, the battered fish was excellent, pure white flakes of good quality cod, fresh and crispy as it should be. The staff were all polite and the price was good.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but I do have one small criticism. It would be nice if the staff didn't clear the table in silence. It makes a big difference when they ask how everything was and if we need anything else. Not only does this help increase sales, but it also leaves a positive impression on the overall dining experience. The staff need better training in this area.

Today, my son and I, who is 10 years old, visited this restaurant for the first time to try out their food. We were extremely impressed with the amazing food and excellent service. We arrived at around 1pm and it was not too busy, so we had no trouble getting a table. We ordered the salt and pepper chicken fries for our starter, which we shared, and by 1:40, we had finished it. Our main courses, roast beef for me and chicken curry for my son, were served by 2:10. Although it took a little while to get someone's attention to clear our plates and order desserts, the Lotus Biscoff cheesecake and piping hot apple crumble with custard were again amazing.
