"Absolutely delicious! I think this is the first restaurant where every course—starters, mains, and dessert—was outstanding. I had the pork chop, which was incredibly juicy and tender; I was almost tempted to lick the plate! The calamari starter was the best I've ever had. This restaurant is by far my favorite. With great food and friendly staff, it just goes to show why trying local restaurants is better than going to big chains—better quality and better service. I could write so much more about this place; I will definitely be coming back many more times!"

"Table was ready and we were seated promptly. Everything is clean and tidy as always and the service is slick and prompt. If you are on a hrs break you could be done if you wanted. All the food was good and we have the set menu which had a good selection of chicken, steak and prawns with a duck course as well. Always a pleasure to eat here"

"We were at the pub for the Summer Soulstice evening. It was good fun with fantastic music, albeit the music changed later in the evening and it wasn't our cup of tea (a lot of others felt the same). It was a fun evening and all enjoying themselves. The pub and garden were packed. The toilet situation was terrible the queues and the disabled toilet was out of order not good. Staff friendly one in particular, who seemed to be everywhere and doing everything was a lovely lady called Alexia I believe. Such a great person and working very hard. It was busy at the bar. We got the same round in for most of the evening so we knew the price. Our last round of the evening had one less drink in it, but the pricing was the same as the other rounds. Very strange. Not sure if a lot of the bar staff are experienced in customer service either. Lots good, but difficult to query the bill or discuss anything when it was so busy. Our second year at Summer Soulstice, we will be back next year as it's a very good event."

"The decor inside this restaurant is beautiful and the toilets are very clean. The waiter that welcomed us was polite, helpful and accommodated changes well whereas the waitress didn 't even crack a smile and had poor customer service skills. Asking a customer are you done? before taking their plate is so unprofessional, try would you like me to take your plate? . Her energy was unsettling after we flagged some issues with our food/bill. We were charged for a side of rice that hadn 't actually arrived with the meal but this was easily amended when settling the bill. 2 cocktails were made without alcohol as a mistake and they were courteous and let us have those drinks free of charge. This was appreciated. The atmosphere was calm but would have been better if there was some Turkish music playing in the background while dining to make it a more authentic dining experience. My lamb saute meal arrived warm and disappointingly didn 't taste of much despite having a 'special sauce '. My partners lamb shish was quite chewy. The rice was lovely and fluffy, nice chips and the Tabouleh was refreshing. The passionfruit mojito was sweet and delicious but tasted like a mocktail so we had to ask for more alcohol to be added. Thankyou for the experience but unfortunately I wouldn 't be rushing back here."

"My second time being there, food is really good, large portion sizes. The issue is with the waitresses, some are rude and think they are better than everyone. Very cold and unwelcoming specially if you point out something wrong with the order or bill. The manager was lovely at sorting out the issues though, but he really needs to assess the kind of staff he hires. The disrespect that one waitress had in particular was outrageous (blonde/brown hair, glasses, slim fit). She acted like she owned the place and still had the audacity to ask for service charge after a terrible attitude. Would be a lovely place to come often if the staff were nice. Needs better customer service. It's a shame really."
