I highly recommend it for a relaxing sunny lunch. I tried the vegan salad and it was fantastic! They also have a few other vegan options, such as a burger and a falafel salad, as well as vegan sides and desserts. My dad enjoyed his vegetarian quiche as well. The tempura onions were tasty (and vegan), and the beer garden was lovely. Overall, a fantastic choice!"

this place was excellent and the personal was amazing. the steak and ale were the best thing I had in england so far. the menu was modern with a touch of old.

Beautiful drive getting there, lush surroundings and a welcoming looking pub. It was busy at 1pm on a Tuesday so I recommend booking. The service could be faster but was great other than that. We had a good lunch including a baked camembert to share for our starter which was served perfectly with chutney, bread and crackers. We've already planned to go back
